My first anime earworm was Canta Per Me from Noir. That was replaced by Inner Universe + Run Rabbit Junk (GitS), with a bit of Wild Rock and Half-Pain (Witch Hunter Robin) thrown in. The latest is J from GetBackers.

Inner Universe is in neither German nor Dutch but in Russian, with some English and a few Latin words thrown in. The lead singers are Origa and Benedict Del Maestro (yep, one of those voices is a boy!). Lyrics are here (and many other places as well).
