Rurouni Kenshin....nuff said....If youve read the manga then watching even one episode in the last arc is a bore...that was my mistake, I watched the chou vs Kenshin episode and then I went nuts looking for the manga....I read it all and then took a look at the anime again a few months later....booooorrriiinnggg

But the main thing is that the story line is being changed they miss some of the parts
Like I am reading Air Gear and i saw the first eps of air gear and they missed some of the parts
but the manga is always better than anime ....always

I'd say Cardcaptor Sakura if it weren't for Meiling. I loved her. XD The anime had too much filler, too many plot-holes, too many Clow Cards that were useless or inconsistant in their powers, and some episodes were really poorly-animated compared to others. I still prefer it over the manga, though, because I prefer watching things over reading them.

I am going to go with Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon... The anime could have easily cut out about 3/4 of its episodes due to it being nothing but filler, and the manga had so much more depth and seriousness to it than the anime.  With that said, I still love the anime.  :P
