Sakura Gari by Watase Yuu
A very riveting story about the dark and twisted affair between master and servant. Seriously I would never have expected such a gem of a story from Watase Yuu.

I so so second you questions. Manga Updates is seething with this category of girls... :| It's a whole epidemic... this Yaoi thingy... (No offense to Fan Girls... so don't flame me >__<;;; )

For a break from the Yaoi/Shonen-Ai patch.... Nothing against Yaoi fans... I just dont prefer it myself...

Liar Game: Blows Kaiji out of the water... and IMO is on par with Death Note... several people even believe it exceeds Death Note in terms of the battle of wits... Only reason I do not agree is cause the battle of wits is taking place under very different circumstances which makes it very difficult to pit one against the other.

Glass Mask: Beautiful Shoujo Manga... Like Skip Beat... but with a more subdued lead and minus the demon ex boyfriend... but with a variety of possible love interests and a powerful rival... A Classic...

Skip Beat: You will probably never see a female character with as much spunk as Mogami Kyoko... plus she is weird... like Sunako Nakahara from Perfect Girl Evolution/The Wallflower/Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge... but a little different... anyway... the story is pretty good as well... and it might be winding down to the end soon (or so the rumors say...)...

Perfect Girl Evolution: Superb... Sunako is just to freaking hilarious... and Kyohei and the rest... This one is LMAO funny... guaranteed...

Ouran High School Host Club: Man... you cant not like this one IMO... wont think about it any more or will start laughing too hard to type...

Eyeshield 21: A little over the top... but the only one of its kind and truly superb... its funny but has a little bit of drama in it and has the craziest collection of characters short of One Piece... Hiruma will blow your mind...

Whistle: Superb Sports manga... soccer... a short kid with something to prove... whole lotta guts... its like Hajime No Ippo meets Prince of Tennis... you have a lot if interschool stuff going on with crazy training... but there are none of the crazy moves that yuo see in POT... and the main character has a tenacity reminiscent of Ippo... speaking of which....

Hajime No Ippo: Now I know this has been running for a long time... and it is only all about boxing... but it is good... sure some of the matches take a lot longer to finish than I would like... but the antics of Takamura ans Ippo interspaced in between... as well as the sheer tension during the fights really keeps me going... Good for hardcore Shonen/Action buffs...

Living Game: Classic IMO... Shoujo... Girl comes to work in the city for a small company... entire company ends up moving into the single cramped apartment of one of the employees due to various circumstances... Girl ends up living in the very same apartment with the guy (and the entire office!!)... Hilarious... but also mature...


Except for Living Game... all of these are on going for me... i.e. I am pretty much up to date or within a couple of chapters of the latest release...

Hmm... you didnt go for the comedic ones much... I on the other hand have been burning through more comedy series than ever before... its my way of releasing stress from all the work I am having to do here... but.... I have actually run out of good comedy series... at least ones which are complete... I have vowed not to pick up a series which is ongoing until at least half of the ones which I am following reach some sort of conclusion... only ones which were completed recently were...

Pluto: Superb... Urusawa + Tezuka... what else is there to say...

Change Guy: Hardcore Shonen action... Manhwa... gratuitous violence... body switching<- (which seems to be a fairly common theme in Korean manhwa)

Karin: Cute little story... reminiscent of Midori days almost... might have been the same mangaka... not sure though...

I finally finished FMA, upto chap.97. Took me a week! I think I'll take a break from manga now, reading nearly hundred chapters which are all fifty pages long in six days is no small feat!
But seriously, FMA has one hell of a good plot, even if it gets confusing sometimes. Now I finally know what the beginning of the first opening theme in brotherhood means. Has anyone guessed who it is? (not Ed)

The ones I'm seriously following right now is

Onidere: A deliquent leader of a notorious all girls gang in high school is secretly going out with a (girly) boy... Her only condition - If they are found out, she'll kill him.

Kampfer: One day a boy wakes up and realizes he's turned into a girl. He has turned into a Kampfer and must fight other Kampfers from opposing fractions.

DearS: An alien race comes to earth. They get accepted into the society as Slaves. One day a high school boy comes across a girl sleeping on the street, takes her home and later realizes she was a Alien...

I am currently reading 4 mangas right now and the first one is One Piece and the second one is Bleach, the third one is Naruto Shippuden and lastly Hajime no Ippo.  I wish I could continue reading Hunter X Hunter but it's on Hiatus until now.

Also: REC, K-On! (manga)...>.< I can't remember the other's that I'm keeping up with.

Intending to start Wlecome to NHK in a few weeks (after all these submissions at college get over).
