Goddamn net doesn't stop to frigging cause problems. Hm, I think I can start by uploading a few OST albums. It's a real pain to download each and every song from Gendou when you need the entire anime's OST.

As for anime and manga, gimme the names, and I'll try my level best. Maybe I won't be able to help with the torrents if I get a laptop...but if I buy a desktop, I should be able to help with those too. Upload speeds suck still, though - about 20kbps at best and 5 at worst.

Exams in december, should be a bit free then...(a bit). Still...LONG LIVE ANIME!

I've been away for quite a while now. Just thought I'd come here and clear stuff up. I'm currently downloading Fist of the North Star (each episode around 150-200+MB). Before that I was doing the old He-man and the Masters of the Universe torrent which was followed by Ghost of Yotsuya 1959 and then Space Ghost. It will take me a while to get every last episode of Hokuto no Ken along with the rest of the series. I'll get to the (mirroring) new series once they finish airing. I don't like ongoing stuff you see.

I've got a pretty stable net now haha. I can upload/download anime at will. Not sure how good my upload speeds are, but I can try my best. I got a torrent to Ninja Robots with horrible subs. Given the time, I will re-write the subs (even if I have to completely learn how to make subs from scratch) and upload them or make a torrent for it.

the world needs to watch Ninja Robots with good subtitles! T_T

Yea, I just started using AegiSub. Having a little problem using AviSynth and VDub, but I think I might be able to solve that issue.

Most of my time is just going in converting from mp4 to mkv though.

Also, my current Ninja Robots has its own subtitles, just very very very very bad english. I'm just re-writing what is already there =c Relatively much easier than writing anew xD

You don't need to convert mp4 to mkv...just use mkvmergeGUI to add mp4 to mkv container.It will just take few seconds to achieve that.

The frames are incorrect for .mp4 video, so when you mux, all your lines are 1 frame behind. It causes inconsistency in the video.

Does something go wrong if you make an external sub file with .srt or .ass extension and just time it to the mp4 video? saying cause there's no need of remuxing etc in this method.

I did this to an avi file of a french movie which had some messed up subs which were miss timed by a whole minute.
I dont know french, but i timed the eng subs which i got from some subs site  to the sound start and end by judgement  and timed everything including the spelling errors/ missing lines etc using Aegisub on my first try with that program in just 2-3 days. Worked just 1-2 hours a day on it too.

if you load them externally on the mp4 file, it works fine, but when you mux them, they'll turn up with the frame delay.
