Gendou.com is a good place to get most of the OP/ED themes (requires registration, though). Most files are 192kbps MP3s, so they're good as far as I'm concerned.

For full soundtracks, there's the downloads section of Kingdom Hearts Insider. Very good quality files (at least the ones I've downloaded from there) - 320kbps MP3s.

Those are mostly nipponsei releases. If you are looking for latest anime OSTs nipponsei is the place.
